Kayak handling is included in the scheduled prices below. These are route price guides for one or two riders. Your exact access points, legal pickup permission, paved road access, availability and equipment fit must be confirmed before a final quote. Tube, raft and mixed-equipment requests receive a custom quote.

ASAP URGENT TRANSPORTATION
$50 dispatch premium + $4.50 per billable mile + $0.85 per billable minute + equipment fees − verified missed-ride credit. Kayaks are $10 each for ASAP only, maximum three. Other equipment receives a custom disclosed handling fee.
Billable travel includes the approved dispatch location → your pickup → your destination. We confirm availability and both travel legs, then provide a fixed itemized total before payment. This is a request, not guaranteed immediate dispatch.
MISSED YOUR CONFIRMED PICKUP?
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the vehicle has left, and your prepaid shuttle is recorded as a verified no-show, the original fare is forfeited. An eligible ASAP rebooking receives a one-time credit equal to 50% of that original forfeited shuttle fare, excluding taxes and separately charged fees. Credit is verified against the original booking, cannot be used twice or redeemed for cash, and cannot make a new fare negative. Availability is still required.
Example: $148.75 ASAP subtotal − $57.50 eligible credit from a $115 missed shuttle = $91.25, before any applicable tax/access fees.
Are you safe? This is transportation, not Wilderness Search and Rescue. If you or your partner have hypothermia, medical distress or severe injury, call 911 immediately.
ONE TOTAL BEFORE PAYMENT.
Your final quote lists the fare or ASAP calculation, equipment, verified credit, any applicable tax and mandatory access charges, and the total due. There is no additional booking fee, extra-rider fee for the second rider, automatic water-level surge, terrain multiplier or trailer surcharge. Scheduled kayak handling is included. Any trip changes require a new agreed quote.
YOUR ACCESS POINTS MATTER.
Enter the exact parking lot or approved road access for pickup and drop-off. Our 2WD vehicle serves approved paved locations. A river name, nearby bridge or GPS pin does not establish a legal or suitable access point. We confirm the meeting location with you before accepting a ride.
We will not silently move your pickup pin to another access. Unpaved locations need an agreed paved alternative. Current access availability is reviewed for every request.
No automatic water-level surge, terrain multiplier or trailer surcharge is active. River levels are not a guarantee of safe paddling conditions. Final pricing is agreed before payment.
